Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging. Please note, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We process refunds daily. However please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show up on your statement due to the banks processing time

Change or Cancel Orders:

Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01 2530088 or enquiries@fitflop.ie between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email to accounts@fitflop.ie Our team will then work with you to resolve the issue.

Other information

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective, and you are returning it for this reason.

*All postage costs associated with the exchange or refund of goods are incurred by customers.

To Return a product:  

  • Complete the returns slip and place into your packaging. Please indicate the reason for return using the codes provided and, in case of a fault or error on our part, please provide a full description in space provided 
  • Add your order number and action required 
  • Re-pack the product in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package to avoid delay
  • Cover your address label with the FitFlop Ireland address 
  • Return through your selected carrier.
  • We unfortunately cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive (please hold onto your proof of postage), or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return.
  • Item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition without having been worn outdoors, unless in the unlikely event it is faulty.

    Note: When received it can take up to 96 hours for funds to hit your account 

    Or Alternatively you can return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage form the Post Office. Please do not post the package via the post box without obtaining a receipt of postage. Please provide proof of postage as outlined above.

    • Returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. We do not accept items that have been soiled, damaged or scratched.
    • If you have more than one pair of shoes to return, please wrap them together in the same packing.
    • We'll refund your payment as soon as we receive the shoes back. It normally only takes a few working days for the bank to process the refund..
