In this unprecedented and uncertain period, we would like to assure you that the FitFlop Ireland Team is committed to ensuring the delivery of your orders in the optimal health and safety conditions. Our main concern remains your safety and that of our employees. Measures have been taken in our logistics centre Dublin to enable the delivery of each order in the best possible conditions. You will be contacted if your orders are affected otherwise all home deliveries will still be fulfilled by our carriers in full compliance with health regulations.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERIVICE?
Email us at enquiries@fitflop.ie or call 01-2530088 between 10:00 and 16:00 CET, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes. Please call the Customer Service team on 01-2530088 between 10:00 and 16:00pm CET, with your credit/debit card details ready.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay with, Visa, PayPal or through Apple Pay.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery will be within 1 - 2 working days depending on the delivery location (when ordered before 14.00 CET on a weekday.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, simply click on the 'track your order' link in the confirmation email you've received.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend any orders once they have been placed.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Most shipments do not require a signature.
WHAT IF THE STYLE OR SIZE I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?
All the shoes that we have available are on our website and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD / GIFT VOUCHER?
Yes you can purchase gift vouchers from our site.
DO YOU SELL REPLACEMENT INSOLES OR LACES?
We do not currently sell replacement insoles or laces.
